This hour long beat-based class will begin with 40 minutes of strong, energetic yoga postures and low-intesity, high impact aerobic exercises to tone your body and make you sweat!
The final 20 minutes of class will balance your hard work with a deep stretch featuring:

Muscle Melt Massage Oil to help your sore muscles recover
A relaxing savasana that will send you into a space of bliss
