Our Classes
The Yoga Tree encourages students to be comfortable with their practice and their bodies by creating a safe, non-competitive environment. Our classes are designed for practitioners of all levels (unless otherwise noted) with modifications offered to those new-to-yoga and those wanting to go deeper into their physical practice.
Mellow
Class Level: This class is accessible for all levels.
The Vibe: Fluid. Nourishing. Soothing,
Move, melt, and release in this deeply nourishing class that blends slow flow yoga, restorative and yin postures, and Myofascial release techniques—perfect for supporting your active lifestyle and easing pain + tension.
We’ll start with a gentle, intentional flow to get energy moving and open the body with ease. Then, you’ll settle into longer-held restorative and yin postures, fully supported by props, to soften tight muscles, rehydrate connective tissues, and create space in the body. By the end, you’ll feel like you just had the best massage—blissed out, open, and completely at ease.
Power Flow
Class Level: Although all levels are welcome and modifications are available, a reasonable level of fitness/mobility is required.
The Vibe: Strengthening. Uplifting. Athletic.
Take your practice to the next level with Power Flow! This dynamic, 60-minute vinyasa class will challenge you in all the right ways, offering a creative flow that strengthens your entire body.
We’ll kick things off with energizing breathwork to connect you to your prana (life force) and build warmth from the inside out. Then, dive into a powerful vinyasa flow that engages every muscle, improves your balance, and boosts your confidence. As we wind down, you’ll enjoy relaxing stretches and a restorative savasana, leaving you blissed out and ready to take on whatever comes next.
Restore
Class Level: This class is accessible for all levels.
The Vibe: Restorative. Calming. Grounding.
Hit pause and give your nervous system the reset it deserves. This restorative yoga class is all about deep rest, utilizing gentle, supported postures to help you slow down, exhale, and melt into stillness.
With props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks, you’ll settle into long-held poses that will encourage help to quiet the mind, restore balance, and encourage energy to flow with ease. Perfect for beginners and seasoned yogis alike, this practice will leave you feeling refreshed, renewed, and wrapped in a sense of calm.
Slow Flow
Class Level: This class is accessible for all levels.
The Vibe: Balanced. Playful. Intentional.
Treat yourself to an hour of full-body movement that leaves you feeling both challenged and restored. This class blends longer holds, playful sequences, and a deep focus on pranayama to help you find your flow.
With a perfect balance of effort and ease, we’ll wrap up with slow, mindful movements to leave you feeling grounded, refreshed, and totally in tune with your body.
Sunrise
Class Level: Although all levels are welcome and modifications are available, a reasonable level of fitness/mobility is required.
The Vibe: Strong. Dynamic. Invigorating.
Rise and shine with this dynamic vinyasa flow that helps you greet the day with energy and intention. This class will wake up your body, moving through a creative and powerful sequence of postures designed to leave you feeling strong, clear, and fully alive.
Breathe deeply, move with purpose, and step into your day with a renewed sense of vitality and focus.
Tone
Class Level: Although all levels are welcome and modifications are available, a reasonable level of fitness/mobility is required.
The Vibe: Fun. Energizing. Sweaty.
Get ready to spice up your practice with TONE! This fun, high-energy class fuses vinyasa flow and yoga postures with low-intensity, high-impact moves to get your heart pumping, sweat flowing, and body toned.
You’ll work hard, move with rhythm, and finish strong—then wind down into a calming savasana to find balance after the intensity. It’s the perfect mix of cardio, strength, and mindfulness to leave you feeling energized, focused, and ready for anything!
Vinyasa
Class Level: Although all levels are welcome and modifications are available, a reasonable level of fitness/mobility is required.
The Vibe: Creative. Embodied. Mindful.
A creative, dynamic practice that connects breath with movement, allowing you to flow through each posture with intention. Every class is unique, guiding you through a sequence designed to increase flexibility, build strength, and tone your muscles, all while helping you tap into your body’s natural rhythm. It’s the perfect opportunity to move with purpose, find balance, and feel fully present.
Yin
Class Level: This class is accessible for all levels.
The Vibe: Soothing. Inward Focused.
Slow down and tune into your body with a practice that invites deeper connection and mindfulness. Yin yoga uses long-held postures to gently access the fascia and connective tissues, allowing you to ease into each pose, soften the muscles, and move closer to the bone. Most postures are passive and grounded on the floor, with holds lasting 3 to 7 minutes, giving you the space to truly relax, let go, and enter a meditative state.
This practice works deeply into the fascia—the connective tissue that links muscles, bones, tendons, ligaments, and blood, holding your body together. After class, you’ll leave feeling grounded, balanced, and at ease, with a noticeable reduction in joint pain and tension.
