Come celebrate YOU and our 13 Years of wonderful memories as a yoga community here in downtown Haverhill.

Through an artfully-crafted combination of vinyasa flow, pranayama (breath work) and lively beats, you can expect to build heat, sweat, stretch, strengthen and PLAY! Practice will end with a deeply restful savasana.
