“So what's TONE?”, you ask.
This upbeat, rhythm based-class combines elements of vinyasa flow and yoga postures with low-intesity, high impact aerobic exercises and light weights to spice up your yoga practice, work up a sweat and tone your body.
You'll find balance after all of that challenging work as you melt into some yummy restorative + yin postures, ending with a well-deserved savasana.
This cardio-centric class is designed to elevate your heart rate and your energy, working your entire body while creating presence, strength and a ton of fun!
