This 60 minute class is the perfect way to kick off our 13th birthday celebration! Join Megan Bousquet for this special flow class featuring live music with saxophonist (and husband extraordinaire!) Jonathan Bousquet.

You can expect a dynamic flow to build heat, stretch, strengthen and then cool it all down with some deeply restful postures. We’ll close things out with a blissful savasana set to the backdrop of Jonathan’s live performance.
