Thai Body Work is a moving meditation that combines passive restorative yoga postures with hand compression muscle releases, acupressure, trigger point release, and meridian line work to unwind tight muscles and open up energy pathways to restore health and wellbeing to both the physical body and energetic bodies.
In this session participants will be guided into restorative yoga postures by Kacy as Megan moves around the room giving special attention to each person, working on areas of the body that need the most attention.
This is hands on, please dress comfortably and avoid eating for two hours before.
