This cardio-centric class is designed to support your yoga practice by building strength and increasing stamina. Elevate your heart rate and work your entire body while bringing about presence + clarity and having a ton of fun.
We'll find balance after putting in hard work as we slow down the pace with some Yin postures. You'll also be guided through myofascial release techniques, using cork massage balls to dissolve any restrictions within your connective tissues, improve ROM and flexibility and provide relief for muscle + joint soreness.
You'll end class with a blissful savasana. This well-rounded class offers the best of everything: break a sweat and then treat yourself to a therapeutic practice that will leave your body feeling supported in every way.
