We're hosting two 60 minute all-levels sweaty and joyful vinyasa flows guaranteed to start your day off right.

Not only will you fill up your own cup, your practice will also benefit someone in need. All proceeds will be donated to Emmaus Inc.

Studio space is limited and masks are required during the practice due to COVID-19 state mandates. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All registration fees will benefit Emmaus Inc. and are non-refundable.
