Let's come together on New Year's Day once again!

We have all learned and carried so much over the past year. Take some time for yourself to refresh, to shake some tension loose, to LOVE yourself and be held in community. This has been a tradition for six turns of the calendar now, but never have we collectively navigated a year quite like this. Kick off 2021 with:

• strengthening, stabilizing, and active vinyasa flow yoga

• guided meditation to balance energy

• a little journaling

• long, deep Savasana

As always, there will be a great playlist for you to fire up from home too! Please have a journal or paper and pen, any props you like to use for a flow practice, and a blanket and pillow or two. Can't wait to see you!
