This is our ✨11TH✨ new year mini-retreat led by Checka at the Yoga Tree and one of our favorite traditions. Bring an intention for the upcoming year if that resonates with you, or simply show up and see what flows. It is the perfect time to take a big exhale and devote some loving time to your own body, mind and spirit.

You can expect:

-strengthening, stabilizing, and uplifting flow yoga for all levels of experience

-gentle hands-on assists for those who opt in

-meditative writing to help move into the new year with intention (bring a journal)

-long, deep Savasana
