Thai Body Work is a moving meditation that combines passive restorative yoga postures with hand compression muscle releases, acupressure, trigger point release, and meridian line work to unwind tight muscles and open up energy pathways to restore health and wellbeing to both the physical body and energetic bodies.
In this session participants will be guided into restorative postures as Jen moves around the room giving special attention to each person, working on areas of the body that need the most attention.
