This workshop is meant for moms to be and partners to prepare the body, mind and soul for life’s greatest journey: childbirth.
Class will begin with a prenatal yoga sequence that can also be done safely at home to tone and release muscles that aid in birthing a baby.
You will then be lead through a guided meditation to help deepen the bond between mom, partner and baby, and release any fear around childbirth that may be present.
The practice will be followed by an opportunity for conversation and questions, where you will learn helpful pain relief techniques as well as how to encourage baby into an optimal position for birth.
This workshop is taught by experienced birth doula, childbirth educator and prenatal yoga instructor, Jennifer Smith.
