This is a class geared towards the whole family; caregivers and children! Come experience the benefits of yoga together as a family, where we will practice yoga postures, play games, move to music and explore meditation, mindfulness, and breathing in an imaginative and fun way! Recommended for children ages 3-12. All caregivers welcome!

Cost: $20 for One Adult & One Child; $5 Each Additional Child (by December 4th; $25 and $7 after)*
