Improving our mobility helps us to avoid falls and prevent injuries, and is one of the most important ways to keep your body feeling youthful and pain-free.
Cork ball massages target your fascia — the muscle tissue that covers your entire body — and help to improve circulation; relieve pain, soreness and discomfort; and increase muscle recovery.

Mobility & Massage will begin with 45-minutes of intuitive movements that will improve your mobility by promoting joint health and releasing tension. A guided self-massage with eco-friendly cork balls will follow, featuring muscle-relieving essential oils.
Class will conclude with a restorative savasana that will send you into the weekend feeling blissful.

You’ll have an enhanced understanding of the balance between strength, mobility and flexibility in your yoga practice, and all of the tools and knowledge to practice these concepts throughout your daily life.
