New to yoga? Haven’t practiced in a while? Curious about the foundations of vinyasa yoga? This 4-class series is designed just for you.
Whether you’ve never set foot on a yoga mat or you’re looking to refresh your practice, this series will help you feel comfortable and confident in an all-levels vinyasa class. Over the course of four one-hour sessions, you’ll:
✨ Learn basic yoga poses frequently used in vinyasa classes
✨ Explore simple philosophical concepts woven into yoga practice
✨ Get familiar with common yoga vocabulary and etiquette
✨ Understand what to expect in a typical class setting
Yoga is a lifelong journey—there’s no need to wait until you’re more flexible, stronger, or "ready." You are never too old, and there is no perfect time to start. The time is now.
*Participants should be able to climb one flight of stairs to our studio and get to and from the floor independently.*
