Prenatal Yoga (6 Week Series) on Wednesdays with Adelaide Gross


We for the return of Prenatal Yoga at The Yoga Tree! This class is designed for both new and experienced yoga students throughout all stages of their pregnancy. Cultivate a connection with your baby before he or she is even born in a calm, peaceful, and nurturing environment. Prepare and strengthen your body physically and mentally for childbirth. Ease and alleviate common aches and pains associated with your pregnancy through safe and mindful movement, stretching, and pranyama (breath). Connect with a community of other pregnant mamas in a welcoming, playful, and supportive setting.

Dates for This Session: June 6-July 18 (no class July 4)

COST: $90 (by Jun 6; $100 after)**

** This is run as a 6 week series only, unused classes cannot be rolled over to a different session. Special exceptions can be made for mamas close to their due date (email info@theyogatreestudio.com to arrange).
