200-Hour YTT Terms + Conditions
congratulations on your acceptance to our 200-hour yoga teacher training! please read and accept our program terms + conditions below to complete your enrollment.
Attendance
Trainees may miss a maximum of one weekend in training and still graduate. All missed time must be made up through workshops or extra reading assignments. See teacher training contract for specifics. Students must contact the program director before the weekend which they will be missing. Any trainees missing more than one weekend will be subject to additional fees for makeup opportunities.
Tuition
The full cost of tuition being paid in full for The Yoga Tree’s 200 Hour Teacher Training Program is $3,200.00. The amount is due at the time of acceptance to the program.
Early Bird Pricing
There is an Early Bird Tuition pricing option of $2,900 for accepted applicants who register by October 1, 2023. This amount must be paid in full at the time of acceptance to qualify for the discount.
Payment Plan
A payment plan option is available at a cost of $3,400. For students wishing to utilize the Payment Plan option, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is due at the time of acceptance. The remaining payments will be made on a monthly basis, split over the course of (4) months or by May 1, 2024, whichever comes first.
Withdrawal
If applicant withdraws from the program after acceptance, but at least 3 weeks before the program starts, a non-refundable deposit of $500 will be retained by the program. If an applicant utilizing a payment plan withdraws once training has begun, the full balance owed will be due at the time of withdrawal.
Refunds
The program will not give any refunds or credits after the training starts. The program reserves the right to cancel any training before it begins. In the event of a cancellation, any payments applicants have made will be refunded in full.
Graduation
Graduation from this program is not guaranteed and may be dependent upon fulfilling the above requirements and passing a final exam. Students who do not fulfill the graduation requirements are not eligible for a refund.
Conduct
The program may decide to terminate any student’s participation in the program if: (1) false information was used in the admission process that materially affects the program; (2) a student is absent for more than 3 days without contacting the program director; (3) the student fails to make timely payments of tuition; (4) the student exhibits bad conduct (gossip, harassment, bullying, or any other behavior that is inappropriate or disruptive to the welfare of the program or to fellow students).
If the program decides to end the student’s participation in the program, the student is not entitled to any prior payments or fees. All prior payments and fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
