Relevant Certifications + Trainings: 350 hr Yoga Teacher Training with Julia Tirabassi of Lotus Groove Yoga 2016; 100 hr Trauma Sensitive Yoga Training with Kate Graham of Soulful Yoga Therapy 2018.

I have been incredibly blessed to have had various smaller trainings (2-5 hrs) with some incredible teachers such as Kevin Courtney, Josh Summers, Natasha Rizopolus, Ame Wren, Erin Ehlers, Amanda Stanley, Allison Sinatra, Jacquie Bonwell, Dan Brown and  Jason Crandall.
