Describe your teaching style in 5 words: Playful, strength-based, introspective, and welcoming!

Dream retreat destination: It will be hard to top Iceland but New Zealand would be incredible!

Favorite yoga pose: I always love arm balances and inversions but my favorite of all has to be Trikonasana (triangle pose). It requires strength and balance but also provides space to breathe and stretch. It’s the best of both worlds!

Best advice you’ve ever been given: “You can’t grow without getting uncomfortable.” and “drink more water.”
